The Baldrige AwardWhy use the Baldrige organizational excellence
model? The Baldrige Criteria represent a systems model for
organization excellence and is not just a process improvement
methodology like Six Sigma, Lean and other popular improvement
methodologies. The Baldrige model has been improved and validated
on an annual basis since the first awards were given in 1998. Sample Baldrige Application AvailableInterested organizations frequently ask us for a copy of a good
