Annual Connecticut Quality Improvement Award Conference on Quality and
Innovation that took place Friday, October 20 at Water's Edge Resort. Keynote
speaker was Jordan Marsh, president of Park Place Lexus in Plano,
Texas, 2005 small business winner of the Malcolm Baldrige National
Quality Award for Performance Excellence.
